The project is structured with two contract line items: CLIN 1 for door installation requiring 70 days and CLIN 2 for fireproofing requiring 30 days, totaling a 100 calendar day performance period from notice to proceed. The contractor faces liquidated damages of 500 Euros per day for delays beyond the contracted timeline. Design submittals must be provided within 10 days of notice to proceed, with wooden door fabrication estimated to require 45-60 labor days, emphasizing the project's technical complexity and tight scheduling requirements.
