About this opportunity
The Department of the Army National Guard seeks procurement, delivery, and installation of a complete turnkey audio-visual system for the Indiana Intelligence Center, with quotes due June 29, 2026, at 5:00 PM EDT. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside firm-fixed-price Request for Quotations (RFQ), solicitation W912L9-26-Q-9003.
Place of performance is Building #7, Stout Field, Indianapolis, Indiana. The system must include a Direct View LED video wall (approximately 5.5 feet high by 20 feet wide, 1.25mm pixel pitch, 32:9 aspect ratio), a video wall controller capable of processing approximately 4800x1340 resolution, a 4K AV matrix switcher with minimum 8 inputs and 8 outputs, a dual-lens PTZ camera, four 55-inch monitors, a JITC-certified control system hardware kit with wall-mount and tabletop touch panels, a TAA-compliant audio system kit with DSP/amplifier and ceiling-mounted components, a 44RU equipment rack with 1500VA UPS, and plenum-rated cabling. All items must be new, fully compatible, and integrate into a single functional system. All delivered products must be TAA-compliant; network-connected AV control hardware must be JITC-certified. Incidental services include decommissioning existing equipment, installation, system programming to manage power and content routing across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS enclaves, testing, commissioning, and one one-hour on-site familiarization training session. The period of performance shall not exceed three months from award. The facility is 50 feet by 22 feet with drop ceiling and primarily drywall construction; the equipment rack will be installed approximately 35 feet away with 50–60 foot cable runs. A site visit is scheduled June 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM EDT; RSVP deadline is June 11 at 4:00 PM EDT. Evaluation applies technical acceptability as a minimum threshold (all equipment must meet salient characteristics, JITC and TAA compliance mandatory, 90-day delivery capability required), then awards on price and best value tradeoffs.
