ICITAP maintains presence across 68 countries; OPDAT operates in bilateral, regional, and international intellectual property programs across multiple regions including Latin America, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Southeast Asia.

Total estimated Other Direct Costs across all periods are $391.299 million, covering foreign local labor, travel, materials, subcontracts, headquarters staff, and insurance (Defense Base Act, Emergency Medical Evacuation, Personal Medical Insurance). The NAICS code is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services.
