About this opportunity

The Department of the Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command seeks disassembly, transport, and re-installation of Holistic Health and Fitness equipment and flooring for the 2-44 Battalion at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, with proposals due August 7, 2026 and questions due August 3, 2026 at 2:00 PM CST. This procurement is a 100% women-owned small business (WOSB) set-aside, restricting competition to that category.

Place of performance encompasses two Fort Campbell locations: disassembly at 7940 Destiny Boulevard and re-installation at 6871 A Shau Road, Fort Campbell, Kentucky 42223. The scope includes disassembly and asset preservation of 816 pieces of ECORE Ultra Tile EL00 black flooring (1" x 24" x 24"), Velocity Series Turf (AT740 green with 5mm foam backing, 15' x 100'), weight equipment, office furniture, and IT equipment. Re-installation must adhere to manufacturer specifications using original ECORE materials—urethane flooring adhesive, hook-and-loop Velcro, and 12mm x 5" x 5" Quad Blok Connectors—to preserve all manufacturer warranties. The contractor must furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, and transportation; the Government provides facility access and utilities only.

The period of performance runs September 7 through September 28, 2026 (21 calendar days from Notice to Proceed). Work is performed Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time, excluding federal holidays. The NAICS code is 484210 (Used Household and Office Goods Moving), with a size standard of $34.0 million. This is a firm fixed-price contract awarded on best value considering technical approach (non-cost factor, 4-page maximum addressing disassembly methodology, logistics and transportation, re-installation quality assurance, and site management) and price. A mandatory consolidated site visit is scheduled July 31, 2026 at 10:00 AM CST; attendees must RSVP by July 30 to patrick.v.kennison.mil@army.mil and luiz.j.desouzapiredda.mil@army.mil, arrive early for visitor passes, and note that photography is prohibited without advance camera permit approval due to threatcon bravo status. Service Contract Labor Standards apply under wage determination 2015-4675. Quotes must be submitted via email and include a signed solicitation, technical approach, and completed pricing section. Payment is made via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) using Invoice 2in1 document type.
