The contract is firm fixed price with electronic invoicing required through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). Standard FAR and DFARS clauses apply, including those addressing small business requirements, labor standards, cybersecurity, and compliance with various federal regulations.
