Question. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) in sections 5.4.1.1, 5.4.1.2, and
5.4.1.4 states that certain materials for re-installation (urethane flooring adhesive, Velcro, 816 Quad Blok Connectors, and Ultra Tile Reducers) are "not provided from current flooring system." Is the contractor responsible for sourcing and providing these materials?
Answer. Yes, the contractor is responsible for furnishing all supplies, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work, as stated in PWS Part 4. The Brand Name Justification Memo emphasizes the need to use original manufacturer materials (ECORE) to maintain the warranty. The contractor's price should include the cost of these new materials.
Question. Can the Government facilitate a site visit for offerors to inspect the current and future locations and view the equipment to be moved?
Answer. A consolidated site visit will be held on July 31, 2026, at 1000 am CST. Offerors interested in attending must RSVP to luiz.j.desouzapiredda.mil@army.mil and Patrick.v.kennison.mil@army.mil by July 30, 2026." Access to Fort Campbell is required.

Answer. Yes, due to compatibility with the current flooring system you must use the specified connector.
Question. Regarding the re-installation of disassembled equipment (PWS 5.4.1.5), PWS requires adherence to "manufacturer torque assembly." Will the Government provide the specific manufacturer manuals or torque specifications for each piece of equipment?

Question. The solicitation lists a Period of Performance from August 31, 2026, to September 21, 2026. However, PWS section 1.5 states the service will be performed over a "10-day period: 30-day window after date of award." Can you clarify the actual performance period?
Answer. The period of performance is stated in the solicitation.
