About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for the 2-44 ADA H2F Equipment Relocation contract opportunity. The solicitation covers equipment relocation services at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, with disassembly occurring at 7940 Destiny Boulevard and reassembly at 6871 A Shau Road. The period of performance runs from August 31, 2026, to September 21, 2026, with a consolidated site visit scheduled for July 31, 2026, at 1000 am CST (attendance is optional for quote submission). Service Contract Labor Standards apply, with wage determination 2015-4675 (Revision 28, effective 5/13/2026) controlling labor costs.
The contractor is responsible for furnishing all supplies, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work, including new ECORE flooring materials (urethane adhesive, Velcro, 12mm x 5" x 5" Quad Blok Connectors, and Ultra Tile Reducers) and bearing all associated costs. Only genuine ECORE materials are mandatory, but any qualified installer may perform flooring work without requiring ECORE company involvement; ECORE warranty preservation requires use of original manufacturer materials. For equipment relocation, the contractor must obtain publicly available manufacturer specifications using provided asset descriptions and serial/model information and reassemble equipment according to manufacturer torque specifications; the contractor is not required to disassemble equipment for transportation. IT assets require only disconnection, transportation, and physical placement at the new location, with no responsibility for reconnection or network functionality. The contract does not provide manufacturer manuals or specifications; contractors must access these independently. No loading docks or freight elevators exist at either facility, though multiple door options and large garage-type doors are available at the destination with no truck size restrictions. Flooring reducers are required only at doors where flooring meets transitions (four roll downs at 130 inches and two regular doors at 36 inches). Site visits require advance RSVP, camera permits for photography, and visitor pass acquisition; contractors must bring their own documentation copies.
