The solution must achieve FIPS 201 compliance, native integration with IP-based cameras and base Building Automation System platforms (Honeywell, Schneider, or Tridium), and operate under a single unified operational dashboard with 99.9% availability. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, engineering support, and technical expertise; cameras must be provided by a Schneider Electric vendor, and the contractor must hold master-level Schneider Electric enterprise integrator certification with BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks protocol expertise. Only factory-certified technicians may perform installation and commissioning.
