About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command's 23rd Flying Training Squadron is seeking contractors to upgrade and refresh the audio-visual system in Building 30137 Auditorium (Baker Auditorium) at Cairns Army Airfield, Fort Rucker, Alabama, and expand AV capabilities into the adjacent Heritage Room for overflow seating and independent use. The project requires replacing outdated, proprietary equipment with a modern, non-proprietary system that eliminates the need for certified technicians for future maintenance and upgrades. Interested contractors must demonstrate previous experience with AV system upgrades in training facilities and familiarity with non-proprietary AV solutions, while complying with DoD cybersecurity standards and Army regulations. This Sources Sought notice under solicitation number FA3300Q0005 requires responses by 3:00 PM Central Standard Time on July 30, 2025, submitted via email to contract specialists Lance Redolosa and Jeremy Kersey.
