The solicitation is designated as a 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under NAICS code 721110 for hotels and motels. The contract will be firm fixed price, with room requirements ranging from 17-36 single rooms and 2-9 double rooms monthly, totaling approximately 346 nights during the base period. Room rates are expected to follow GSA per diem rates, ranging from $135-$204 per night, with facilities required to be within 6-7 miles of unit locations and meet minimum three-star rating standards. The total value is not explicitly stated, but the contract covers lodging for multiple units across the United States. Performance locations include California (Coronado, Seal Beach, Imperial Beach), Rhode Island (Newport), Florida (Jacksonville), and Virginia (Virginia Beach), with a specific focus on providing suitable accommodations for Coast Guard reserve personnel during their training periods.
