Questions on this presolicitation notice must be submitted by 11:00 A.M. The contract is structured as a hybrid firm-fixed-price and cost-reimbursement arrangement with prepopulated monthly cost estimates of $200,000 for materials, $700,000 for services and travel, and $100,000 for local purchase activities, yielding a total evaluated price of approximately $126,000,000 across the full contract period. Performance will span a 60-day phase-in period beginning November 16, 2027, followed by a 365-day base period, nine annual option years, and a 180-day extension option, with a 60-day phase-out period concluding July 15, 2038.
