About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (DD Form 1423) establishing data submission requirements for aircraft maintenance and readiness operations under the FRAM II program at Fort Rucker, Alabama.

The contract requires four primary data deliverables managed by the Army Combined Logistics Command (ACLC). Data Item A001 mandates monthly aircraft and missile readiness information, monthly Material Condition Status Reports (DA Form 2406), and corrective action plans when fleet Full Mission Capable (FMC) rates fall below required concurrency levels for two consecutive months, submitted to the ACLC CDRL Mailbox in MS Excel format. Data Item A002 requires monthly Production Control Status reports covering all work orders at all locations with specified data headings, monthly Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) data transmitted daily to the CBM data warehouse, Aircraft Not-Mission-Capable (NMC) over 60 days corrective action plans, External Satellite Repair Data and Transient Aircraft work orders submitted within 72 hours of completion, and Airframe Condition Evaluation (ACE) data collected and trended by aircraft tail number at completion of annual ACE for each fleet. Data Item A003 requires monthly Phase Maintenance cumulative data in MS Excel format submitted by the 5th of each month, documenting aircraft maintenance flow timelines from phase initiation through test flight completion. Data Item A004 mandates monthly Time-Before-Overhaul (TBO) Component Forecasting Reports for aircraft except UH-72A, forecasting mandatory TBO replacement parts within 100 flight hours or 45 days based on fleet average Operational Tempo (OPTEMPO), with a separate monthly forecast for UH-72A TBO replacements reflecting 50 to 75 hours and 0-45 days. All data submissions are electronic via the ACLC CDRL Mailbox in current Army Microsoft Office products or PDF format, with Distribution Statement E limiting access to Department of Defense Components only for administrative or operational use.
