About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineering District Omaha, is soliciting offers for lawn maintenance services at the Fort Peck Recreation Area, including mowing, trimming, trash removal, and debris cleanup across designated areas. Offerors will be evaluated on three primary criteria: technical capability regarding equipment and ability to perform mowing services, past performance with two references from similar services within the past three years, and price, with technical and past performance weighted as more important than price. Contractors must maintain grass heights between three and six inches, perform quality control inspections, complete corrective actions within 24 hours of notification, and are subject to termination eligibility if more than three valid discrepancies or legitimate public complaints occur within any 30-day period.
