Prospective offerors must attend a mandatory pre-proposal site visit on September 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET and notify the contracting officer by August 26, 2026. Questions are due September 10, 2026. Contractor personnel must possess a SECRET facility security clearance issued by DCSA prior to contract performance, with access to classified information only at Department of State locations. Contractors must provide performance and payment bonds within 10 calendar days of award. Prevailing wage rates per Department of Labor Wage Determination FL20260197 apply. Past performance on relevant contracts within five years will be evaluated. Sealed offers will be publicly opened at proposal deadline. Contracting Officer is Ryan C. Edwards at EdwardsRC@state.gov.
