Place of performance is the FEMA Region 1 Federal Regional Center, Maynard, MA, with administrative and payment handling by the FEMA Financial Acquisitions Management Division in Washington, DC. The contractor must supply and install a Hyper-Heat inverter mini-split system rated at 35 SEER, guaranteed to operate down to minus 22 degrees Fahrenheit, consisting of two indoor wall-mounted units and one outdoor condensing unit. The system must serve a 16-by-32-foot lobby with 9-foot ceilings and 46 feet of glass walls.
