The Air Force Materiel Command Test Center seeks proposals for the Facilities Acquisitions for Restoration and Modernization II multiple award IDIQ contract to provide mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, data and control systems design-build, construction, and two-phase design-build services for military ground testing facilities at Arnold Air Force Base in Tennessee and geographically separated units. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical approach, past performance, price, and small business participation, with a deadline of July 13, 2021.
