SF1442 Page 1, Box 11 Period of performance is not specified in the RFP. Please identify the POP for the seed project.

IAW Amendment 0002, the seed project period of performance is extended from 480 days after notice to proceed to 630 day after notice to proceed.

SF1442 box 13 Volumes, 1, 2, 4 and 5 are currently due on 13 July. We respectfully request that the due date be extended to 27 July.

Industry first opportunity to see the site was on 23 June. A/E's need time to incorporate what was observed into design documents that the contractor can use for pricing. The DB team also needs to review those designs to complete the technical narrative and schedule. All of which takes time and between the site visit and the due date, is the 4th of July holiday. Team members, material vendors, and subcontractors will be unavailable. An extension will allow for more refined proposals and better pricing for the government.

IAW Amendment 0001, Past Performance Volumes are due 14

July 2021.

IAW Amendment 0002, Proposals and PPQs are due 3 August

2021.

(submittals), design development/government review(s), construction and project closeout. Based on estimated valve lead time, please consider an extension to the Period of Performance.

IAW Amendment 0002, the seed project period of performance is extended from 480 days after notice to proceed to 630 day after notice to proceed.

If offerors add the POP (480days) to the proposal validity duration (180days) the project completion date is 18 May 2023.

However, Section 3.7.1 of attachment 7 permits the outage in the summer of 2022 or 2023. Considering the likely award date of 23 Jan 22 (due date + 180 days), it will be almost impossible to receive shop drawings, approval, fab and receive the 180"

TOBFV by the summer of 2022. We respectfully ask for the

POP to be extended to Oct 2023 to allow for a 2023 installation and project closeout period.
