The government will award to the lowest priced offer with acceptable technical capability and a Substantial Confidence past performance rating, or reserve the right to award to any Substantial Confidence-rated offeror regardless of price ranking. Key deadlines include March 3, 2026 at 12:00 PM PST for submission of questions and March 18, 2026 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time for proposal responses to be submitted via email to both clark.teninty.1@us.af.mil and juliet.diggs.1@us.af.mil.

The government will evaluate the total quoted price for the base year combined with all four option years. Work will be performed at Travis Air Force Base, located at 690 Airmen Drive, Travis AFB, California 94535, during normal business hours (7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays), with all maintenance performed on-site to the maximum extent possible. Offerors must comply with prevailing wage requirements established under Wage Determination 2015-5655 (Revision 25) for Solano County, California, submit past performance references with completed questionnaires, and satisfy Travis Air Force Base security requirements including identity vetting and clearance verification for all contractor personnel.
