The contractor must provide an onsite ESS Maintenance and Repair Technician with minimum three years' experience, required certifications in C-Cure 9000 (Installer/Maintainer and Advanced Integrator levels) and equivalent Lenel certifications, and must obtain Secret-level security clearances and Common Access Cards within 30 days of award.
