Update #6 · Latest ·
3/3/2023 UPDATE: The ETSNext Contracting Officer (CO) has re-opened RFI #2 (originally posted on December 9, 2022) and is requesting that interested parties fill out and return the "ETSNext C-SCRM Questionnaire" by COB March 17, 2023. GSA is required to take C-SCRM (Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management) considerations into account when establishing the ETSNext requirement, and this will give GSA valuable vendor C-SCRM information that is required for Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) systems. If there are any questions, please contact the CO directly at jaclyn.davis@gsa.gov.
UPDATE: This final revision of documents includes posting of all Q &A responses, as well as the attachment to support the question re: Authorization Boundary Guidance. An updated version of the Financial Management Strategy Options and Cost Benefit Analysis attachments contain minor revisions but the overall findings are unchanged.
UPDATE: Second round of Q&A is now posted.
UPDATE: First round of Q&A is now posted with 3 attachments from the CGI FM Strategy Document.
UPDATED Attachment 4 is now posted. Tab 4 had a drop down update.
The E-Gov Travel Service (ETS) Program is sponsored by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), who has served as the managing partner for the program since its inception in 2003. The ETS program was originally chartered through a cross-agency collaborative task force that included GSA, 70+ federal agencies, and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The ETS is a mandated service that consolidates and automates back-office travel management by leveraging the bulk-buying capabilities of the federal civilian sector through a web-based, self-service solution offering.
The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Although "proposal" and "offeror" may be used in this Request for Information (RFI), your response will be treated as information only and shall not be used as a proposal. Please ensure your SAM.gov account status is active and your profile is up to date. This action will allow you to gain access to the RFI and Notional Acquisition Approach and draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) documents. Continue to monitor the ETSNext Community of Interest on GSA Interact for the latest announcements.
