About this opportunity
The United States Marine Corps seeks design, installation, integration, and three-year service support for audiovisual and videoconferencing systems across three locations at Camp Lejeune, NC, with quotes due September 21, 2026. This is a Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS 334310 with a 750-employee size standard.
Place of performance is Building H1 at Camp Lejeune, NC, encompassing the Auditorium, Division Conference Room, and Executive Conference Room. Work must complete within 30 days of award, conducted between 0730 and 1630 Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. All contractor personnel performing physical installation work must hold active SECRET security clearances at award and maintain them throughout performance; the contractor is solely responsible for base access vetting and obtaining DBIDS credentials or temporary passes from the Contractor Vetting Office in Building 818.
The scope includes a 30,000-lumen 3LCD projector with wide throw lens and new screen for the Auditorium; dual 65-inch and dual 55-inch Samsung government-rated 4K flat panel displays with a 22-inch tabletop touchscreen for the Division Conference Room; a Crestron processing controller with managed PoE switch and 4K digital media encoder/decoder modules; and SIPR/NIPR VTC capabilities with upgraded call and audio systems for the Executive Conference Room. The contractor must provide a three-year service agreement including 24×7 helpdesk support, parts repair and replacement, software updates, same-day onsite technician dispatch, and one annual preventative maintenance visit. Deliverables include Installation and Layout Plan, Acceptance Testing Plan, and Installation and Verification Test Report. A 90-day workmanship warranty on physical installation labor is required following final government acceptance.
Quotation must price all five line items (Division A/V Equipment and Hardware, On-Site Installation Services, Service Agreement and Warranty for base year and two option years); quotes omitting any line item are non-responsive. Award is based on price, technical capability, and past performance. Quotes should be valid for 90 days and priced FOB Destination to MCB Camp Lejeune with shipping included. A mandatory pre-quote site visit is scheduled for September 16, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Camp Lejeune Visitor Center; contractors requiring base access must submit names by September 15 at 12:00 p.m. Questions and Answers were posted by September 14 (Amendment 002 attached).
