Division A/V Services

1.0 Background

The 2nd Marine Division (2DMARDIV) G-6 requires a robust, reliable, and secure communication infrastructure to support critical command and control (C2), mission planning, and daily operational readiness. To meet these operational requirements and ensure seamless information sharing, 2DMARDIV G-6 is modernizing the audio-visual (A/V) capabilities in the Division Conference Room, Executive Conference Room, and Auditorium. Proper physical installation and integration of up-to-date hardware are essential to facilitate clear, uninterrupted, and secure information dissemination across command.

2.0 Scope

The scope of this PWS encompasses the non-personal services required to provide, install, integrate, and test A/V equipment for the 2DMARDIV G-6. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, qualified technical labor, installation tools, materials, and expertise necessary to deliver a turnkey solution for the specified rooms. The scope of this PWS is strictly limited to the execution of professional installation services. The Contractor shall ensure a fully functional, cleanly cabled physical setup that is ready for final government network configuration and operational use.

Government approval as part of the initial Installation Plan. The ATP will detail the exact technical procedures to verify all components function as intended. Upon completion of the physical installation, the Contractor shall execute the approved ATP jointly with the TPOC.

System acceptance is contingent upon successful completion of all test cases with zero critical deficiencies. Logical network configuration and cybersecurity accreditation will be performed by the Government. At a minimum, the joint test must verify that:

• All equipment is securely mounted and cabled correctly.

• All equipment receives power and initializes without errors.
