Evaluation will be based on technical capability, past performance, management plan, and cost/price, with non-cost factors weighted equally to cost factors. The deadline for proposal submission is April 17, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. EST, with the contract period of performance running from April 1, 2026, through September 1, 2026, though this may be adjusted to accommodate reasonable material lead times exceeding three months.

Work will be performed at three dam locations in Perry and Crawford counties, Indiana, with the primary performance location identified as Bristow, Indiana 47515. Contractors must arrange their own lake drawdown operations at specified elevations and are responsible for damage prevention and repair to Forest Service property, with water levels generally maintained near design pool levels throughout the year and work conducted during standard hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
