This notice is posted in accordance with FAR Part 5.2 and 36.213-2
This RESTRICTED ACQUISITION is set aside 100% for a Women-owned Small Business.
The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 236220 with a size standard of $36.5M.
In accordance with FAR Part 4.1102 and DFARS 252.204-7004, Alternate A, System for Award Management (SAM), contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at https://www.sam.gov.
The objective of this project is to convert B62 back to Aircraft MX Hangar -Randolph, Texas; Project Number TYMX1880010.
General Scope of Work: Hangar 62 (H62) is an aircraft hangar located in the southwestern area of JBSA-RND. Originally constructed in 1931, the hangar has undergone renovations in the ensuing years and is now used as administrative office space for the HQ Base Civil Engineer building for JBSA-Randolph, EMCS, and AFCEC. The hangar is situated directly adjacent to the airfield, between Hangar 61 and Hangar 63.
The 502d Contracting Squadron, JBSA-Randolph, TX intends to award a contract with a 130 calendar day period of performance.
The estimated magnitude of the entire contract is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
