About this opportunity
This solicitation seeks proposals to provide contract academic training, courseware development, distance learning architecture services, training system support, and staff support services. The Air Combat Command intends to award a contract to support control and reporting centers, battle control centers, air operations centers, and tactical air control parties located across multiple commands. Offerors must submit proposals by December 11, 2019. The government will evaluate proposals using best value criteria and expects to award a contract by April 1, 2020 to provide these services in accordance with the performance work statement.
This is a 100% small business set-aside solicitation with a North American Industry Classification System code of 611512 and size standard of $30 million. The incumbent contractor currently provides similar services with a maximum contract value of $30 million. The contractor shall perform IAW the standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) as posted with the final RFP. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items and services required to perform this effort (except as identified in the PWS).
Offerors must be registered in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) site found at http://orcabpn.gov/ and the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov under the applicable NAICS code.
