The proposed DLA shall support these operations across all of the training materials and user-interaction methods described in the PWS. Also, per PWS para 1.3.3.1.1 and 1.3.3.1.2. the DLA shall be fully operation on the first day of contract performance (i.e. the end of Phase In). Complete data (records, courseware, etc.,) transfer shall be complete by the end of Phase In. |

Are there any Oracle and SQL Server license requirements? | The current DLA uses the free SQL Server Express 2014 edition. Microsoft provides SQL Server Express as a free entry level database for small environments. If your proposed DLA contiues this practice, there are no license requirements. |

The proposed DLA will be evaluated as described in the RFP to ensure it meets all of the requirements of the PWS to include: security for any DoD sensitive data; is accessible, robust and redundant with backups and data storage; maintains the ability to ensure CAC access; operates within established USAF security standards/compliance. |

The contractor is reponsible to provide a jammer under this solicitation. Per PWS para 3.6.3.5. the jammer shall include primary and backup equipment, spares, operating manuals, shipping containers, and any other support equipment required. |

The Prime contractor, regardless of any sub-contractor outsourcing options, is fully responsible to meet the PWS para 1.3.3. DLA requirements for all services and timelines specified. |
