About this file
This briefing document and federal contract opportunity outline requirements for command and control academic training, courseware development, and distance learning services. The incumbent contractor provides classroom instruction, interactive courseware, and staff support at control and reporting centers, battle control centers, air operations centers, and tactical air control parties across the Air Combat Command and other units. The follow-on competitive solicitation seeks proposals for continued services, including formal training, curriculum development, learning management systems, and simulator operations. Offerors must submit pricing by December 11, 2019 for an award date of April 1, 2020. The single award contract will have a one-year base period and four one-year options, set aside entirely for small businesses.
