This procurement is designated as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 238910 with a size standard of $19 million, though the BLM encourages participation from various small business subcategories including disadvantaged, woman-owned, veteran-owned, HUBZone, 8(a), and Indian enterprises. The project location is at the entrance of Kerr Gulch Road from Highway US-50, approximately 3.8 miles east of Howard, Colorado, in a rural mountainous setting. Work will be limited to Monday through Friday during daylight hours, with provisions for weather-related delays due to snow conditions, and no incumbent contractor is identified in the documentation.
