About this opportunity
The Federal Aviation Administration Southwestern Region is seeking proposals for an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract to provide architect and engineering services. Services will include design, engineering studies, construction administration, and facility condition assessments to support infrastructure projects nationwide. Proposals will be evaluated based on past performance, experience, key personnel qualifications, quality control procedures, and computer-aided design capabilities. The deadline for proposal submission is December 12, 2023.
The solicitation is partially set aside for small businesses. The predominant NAICS code is 541310 and PSC code R425. Incumbent contractors may recompete for follow-on requirements valued at up to $271,953,789 over a ten-year ordering period from December 2023 through August 2033. Offerors must demonstrate experience with projects ranging from minor facility upgrades to new air traffic control towers. Services will be performed across eight geographic service areas in the Southwestern Region states of Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.

The SIR/RFP is posted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. This announcement is not intended to guarantee procurement of the services, and must not be constructed as a commitment by Government to enter into a contract. The Government is not liable for costs associates with the preparation, submittal of inquiries or responses for this announcement and will not reimburse any firm for cost incurred in responding to this public announcement.
