About this opportunity

The Department of the Army Materiel Command Army Contracting Command is seeking research and development services through an Army Modernization Priorities Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to support modernization priorities across multiple technical areas with an emphasis on mission overmatch capabilities. The total ceiling value is $900 million over a potential 10-year ordering period. Evaluation criteria will include technical approach, management, past performance, small business participation, and cost. Interested parties must request the performance work statement by March 3rd and the agency will address questions during a virtual industry day on March 17th, with registration requests due by March 10th.

There is no set-aside designated for this opportunity. The NAICS codes covered include 541715 and various PSC codes in the R&D category. The government anticipates awarding to between six to nine contractors, including two to three small business set-asides. Task orders will be issued for research and development in technical areas such as sensors, digital engineering, and life sciences to enable new Army capabilities for multi-domain operations over the five-year base period and potential five-year option.
