Scope includes structural visual inspections, high-resolution sweep testing of connectors, coaxial cabling, and antenna assemblies, and delivery of comprehensive technical documentation detailing diagnostic results, performance baselines, and identified system anomalies. Performance is on-site at two tower locations at Nellis AFB and one at Creech AFB. The contractor must provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, certified personnel, and transportation.

Estimated annual workload includes 17 sweep testing events, 3 tower maintenance activities, 30 hours of troubleshooting services, 10 hours of emergency maintenance, and one system antenna replacement. Emergency response must occur within one hour; major and emergency repairs must complete within 24 hours. Performance thresholds allow no more than three validated complaints per month.
The contract is firm fixed price. Prevailing wage rates for Nevada (Clark County) range from $13.67 to $51.56 per hour plus $5.55 per hour health and welfare benefits.
