About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center is procuring multi-platform sustainment engineering services support through Amendment-0002 to solicitation FA8119-25-R-0011, effective February 4, 2026. This sole source requirement to The Boeing Company involves providing comprehensive engineering assistance and solutions from the Original Equipment Manufacturer to address issues affecting structures, avionics, accessories, ground support, and commodity items used across multiple weapon systems including B-1, B-52, C-17, E-3, F-15, KC-135, KC-46, and AGM-86 aircraft. The contractor must possess access or the ability to obtain access to Boeing's proprietary internal data systems, detailed design data, and specialized analytical tools to perform Operational Safety, Suitability, and Effectiveness analyses when the Government's existing data package is insufficient. Performance thresholds establish that greater than 85% of technical inquiries and B-1 Horizontal Stabilizer inquiries must be completed on time with technically acceptable responses, greater than 88% of DLA Form 339s must be completed timely, and 95% delivery performance of end items is required per CDRL specifications. The proposal deadline is February 11, 2026, and contractors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to submission to avoid rejection.

This is a sole source procurement with no set-aside designation, awarded directly to The Boeing Company, Inc. as the incumbent contractor. The contract provides approximately 216 square feet of office space at Tinker Air Force Base and requires onsite engineering support, with anticipated annual technical inquiry workload of approximately 555 man-hours for general technical inquiries and 1,350 man-hours for B-1 Horizontal Stabilizer inquiries. The contractor must deliver 500 or more sheets of commodities drawing cleanup annually and complete such deliverables within 64 workdays. Performance locations are based at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and the contractor must implement quality assurance programs, system safety compliance, configuration management, and a Supply Chain Risk Management Plan addressing continuity of operations, foreign influence disclosures, and NIST Special Publication 800-171 cybersecurity protections. No specific award value is disclosed in the solicitation notice, though the Performance Work Statement dated February 3, 2026 (Version 15) has been added as a revised attachment to establish the detailed technical and operational requirements.
