The A/E team must conduct field verification of existing conditions, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and hazardous materials assessment.
Required key personnel include a Project Manager (10 years experience, Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management), Licensed Architect (8 years), Licensed Mechanical Professional Engineer (8 years), Licensed Electrical Professional Engineer (8 years), Licensed Fire Protection Engineer (8 years), and Cost Estimator (5 years). Contractor personnel must comply with GPO security requirements including badging and sign-in/sign-out procedures at 732 North Capitol Street NE, Washington, DC.
