The solicitation requires 10 units each of the specified instrument types, with no training or software components included in the scope of work. The specific award value or budget range is not disclosed in the presolicitation notice. The contract type designation as firm fixed-price indicates that pricing will be competitive and negotiated during the proposal phase.
