The solicitation requires vendors to provide 150,000 half-pint nonfat/skim milk containers, 320 cases of low-fat cottage cheese, 50 cases of reduced-fat sour cream, and 100 cases of Grade A large eggs. Bids will be evaluated based on past performance and delivery schedule, with secondary consideration given to socio-economic status and overall pricing. The solicitation requires vendors to submit detailed pricing calculations matching posted quantities, and all dairy items will be awarded to a single vendor based on past practice and overall pricing. Quotes are due by February 21, 2025, at 4:00 PM EST, with bids to be submitted via email to woquinn@bop.gov and jriffe@bop.gov.

The facility allows a 6-day conditional receipt period for inspection and testing, with vendors required to retrieve rejected items within two weeks of notification.
