About this file
This is a delivery schedule document for food service items to be delivered to FCI McDowell during the 3rd quarter of FY25, ending April 1, 2025. The schedule outlines specific delivery requirements including delivery hours (M-F, 7:30am-2:30pm, excluding federal holidays and weekends), temperature requirements (34-40°F for non-frozen perishables, 0°F or below for frozen foods), and handling specifications.
The document is associated with solicitation #15B12225Q00000011 for dairy and eggs, where vendor evaluation will be based on past performance, socio-economic status, overall pricing, and delivery schedule compliance. All deliveries must be palletized, and Certified Religious Diet items must be marked accordingly. The facility allows a 6-day conditional receipt period for inspection and testing, with vendors required to retrieve rejected items within two weeks of notification. Contact points for delivery coordination are provided through Mr. Greer and Jermaine Jackson at the facility. Vendors who fail to meet delivery schedules risk removal from future solicitations.
