The report provides a comprehensive breakdown of change order proposal definitization timelines across fiscal years 2021-2023, showing the number of change order proposals processed within various time intervals ranging from 0-30 days to 366 or more days.

The data reveals variations in processing times: in FY 2021, most change order proposals (5) were definitized within 91 to 180 days, with two taking 366 or more days; in FY 2022, the majority (1) were processed within 91 to 180 days; and in FY 2023, the distribution shifted with 4 proposals taking 91 to 180 days and 3 each taking 31 to 60 days and 61 to 90 days. The document explicitly states there are no agency-specific additional policies and procedures for change orders at this time, and defines change orders according to FAR 2.101 as modifications to contract work pursuant to FAR 52.243-4.
