The determination mandates fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 48 hours per week or $222.00 per week or $962.00 per month) for most occupations, with an enhanced rate of $5.09 per hour for Executive Order 13706 covered contracts. Special provisions apply for night differential pay (10% additional for hours worked between 6pm and 6am), Sunday pay, hazardous duty differentials (4% to 8%), and uniform allowances. The document includes detailed guidance on conformance procedures for unlisted occupations requiring Service Contract Act Directory of Occupations comparisons and formal approval processes through the Wage and Hour Division.
