About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) Amendment to Solicitation W91QV1-25-R-A037 for Arlington National Cemetery Turf and Grounds Maintenance Services. The amendment, dated 10 June 2025, modifies the original solicitation by adding several key Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses, including FAR 52.237-3 Continuity of Service, updating the solicitation number reference, and incorporating FAR Clause 52.212-5 for Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
The amendment includes modifications to the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) Payment Instructions clause, specifically updating the electronic invoicing and payment procedures. Contractors will be required to use the WAWF system for submitting payment requests and receiving reports, with specific instructions on document types, routing, and submission methods. The amendment also removes several previously incorporated FAR clauses and provides updated representations and certifications related to small business participation, greenhouse gas emissions, and other standard federal contracting requirements.
