About this file
Attachment B is a comprehensive pricing chart for the Arlington National Cemetery Turf and Grounds Maintenance Services contract (Solicitation W91QV125RA037). The document details three primary cost components: labor categories, supplies/materials, and equipment. The labor section includes 11 labor categories ranging from Project/Site Manager to Laborer, with estimated hours and fully burdened rates for a base year and four option years. The supplies and materials section lists 20 items including fertilizers, grass seed, sod, herbicides, fungicides, and irrigation parts, with quantities and pricing for each year. The equipment section catalogs 43 different pieces of equipment, from high-capacity mowers to trucks and specialized landscaping tools, with quantities and cost allocations.
The pricing chart is structured to support ground maintenance services for Arlington National Cemetery and the U.S. Soldiers' and Airmen's Home National Cemetery, covering approximately 667 acres. The document emphasizes that vendors must provide appropriate labor, supplies, and equipment to complete services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Pricing is to be included in CLIN 0001 as a firm fixed price, with specific guidelines for equipment costs, particularly noting that only newly required equipment can be proposed in the base year, and maintenance costs should be accounted for in option years.
