Instructions: Offerors shall demonstrate that they have a minimum of 5 years (occurring within the past 5 years) of experience providing contract support described in all of the five experience topics listed in table 5. NOTE: The contract(s) cited for the Experience Subfactor must also be used for the Past Performance Factor.
As part of the submission, the offeror shall include all applicable contract numbers, contract titles, identify the prime or major subcontractor that performed the effort, PWS references, and contract period of performance dates that will allow the Government to successfully evaluate the offeror’s experience volume of the proposal.
