1. PROJECT MANAGER (KEY PERSON)
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a Project Management, Engineering or Business discipline. No less than ten years of experience as a project manager managing contracts involving technical efforts such as engineering design and development, software development etc. Minimum of 10 years of project management experience must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge in interpreting requirements and management of varied complex federal government projects from inception through completion. Minimum of 10 years of project management experience must include hands-on experience in field management of federal government requirements as well as in-house work, to include coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and in-house work to meet the requirements of the Government on a timely basis.
Minimum of 10 years of project management experience shall include the management of funds, time, and other resources. The Project Manager may also serve as the Project Engineer provided the candidate meets the qualifications for Project Engineer.
2. PROJECT ENGINEER (KEY PERSON)
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a Science or Engineering discipline and no less than ten years of experience in project engineering. Minimum of 10 years of project engineering experience must demonstrate extensive knowledge of instrumentation/test system, production planning and material control to oversee integration of systems and enhance manufacturing activities. Responsibilities of this position include requirements planning; materials planning and control, production scheduling and control, and may require direction of other employees.
The Project Engineer may also serve as the Project Manager provided the candidate meets the qualifications for Project Manager.
3. SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Minimum of a graduate degree in an Electrical or Computer Engineering discipline from an ABET accredited institution plus ten (10) years of engineering experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in an Electrical or Computer Engineering discipline from an ABET accredited institution, plus twelve (12) years of engineering experience. Must have experience (totaling at least 10 years) directly related to at least three of the following disciplines with no less than three years of direct experience in each..

10. MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a Manufacturing Engineering focus from an ABET accredited institution plus at least four (4) years of engineering experience.
Experience must include 6 months effort devoted to selection of the right process and procedures to produce the desired product quality in a cost- effective manner and have a demonstrated ability to prepare reliable cost estimates. Experience must include 3 months each in fabrication, assembly, test, quality control, and installation technology for various types of mechanical and electronic hardware in a specialty-manufacturing environment.
11. JUNIOR ENGINEER ELECTRICAL
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in an Electrical or Computer Engineering discipline from an ABET accredited institution with at least two years of electrical engineering experience. Shall be capable of reading circuitry drawings and working from these drawings to assemble, wire, install, and test electronic and control systems. Shall have experience in preparation of laboratory reports, the design of electronic circuits, and the testing and debugging of printed circuit layouts. Such experience shall be demonstrated by at least one report and on circuit design effort, either work or academic in nature.
12. JUNIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a Mechanical Engineering discipline from an ABET accredited institution with at least two years of practical experience in mechanical engineering disciplines.
13. SENIOR COMPUTER PROGRAMMER
Minimum of a graduate degree in a Computer Science or Software Engineering or Computer Engineering discipline from an accredited institution with at least eight years of software development experience. Must have experience in software and/or hardware systems, and programming or support functions as appropriate. Experience of at least one year must also be demonstrated as a project manager, at least at the task leader level, including control of personnel, material and costs.
14. COMPUTER PROGRAMMER
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or Software Engineering or Computer Engineering discipline from an ABET accredited institution with at least four years of software development experience.
15. JR. COMPUTER PROGRAMMER
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or Software Engineering or Computer Engineering discipline from an ABET accredited institution with at least two years of experience in software development or a GED/High School diploma and at least 8 years of software development experience.
16. SENIOR ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN
Minimum of an Associate’s degree in an Electronics Engineering Technology discipline from an accredited institution plus ten years of experience in the design, testing, construction, layout, and debugging of complex electrical/electronic circuits, both analog and digital.
17. ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN
Minimum of an Associate’s degree in an Electronics Engineering Technology discipline from an ABET accredited institution plus five years of experience in the design, testing, construction, layout, and debugging of complex electrical/electronic circuits, both analog and digital.
18. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING AIDE
Minimum of completion of apprentice machinist program plus three (3) years of experience in assembly of complex mechanical devices. Demonstrated ability to test, evaluate, and debug prototypes and engineering models.
19. DRAFTER MECHANICAL
Minimum of an Associate’s degree specialized in drafting with training or experience in making detailed mechanical and electrical drawings to DOD 1000 requirements. Ability to produce detailed design of components using only rough sketches and verbal descriptions from engineers.
20. DRAFTER ELECTRONICS
Minimum of an Associate’s degree specialized in drafting with training or experience in making detailed electrical drawings. Ability to produce detailed design of electrical systems or components using only rough sketches and verbal descriptions from engineers.
21. ASSEMBLER (PC BOARD, WIRE WRAP)
Minimum of a high school diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in assembly of PC Boards and related electronic assemblies. Required skills include hand soldering, wire wrapping and cable assembly.
22. MACHINIST
Minimum of a trade school graduate or have six years of experience as a machinist capable of producing/modifying small quantities/single line items of close tolerance precision tooling, test fixtures, test hardware parts and design verification hardware. Must be capable of using all common shop tools, machines, measuring equipment and precision instruments; laying out and producing finished work from sketches, blueprints, and specifications; using shop mathematics to compute dimensions, angles, ratios, etc.; working to very close tolerances; and setting up, operating, adapting, and adjusting all standard shop machines.
23. TECHNICAL WRITER
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and three years of technical report writing experience. The individual should be capable of organizing technical data into comprehensive outlines and illustration lists and writing general and functional descriptions, detailed operating and servicing instructions as well as procedures at all levels of maintenance, test, and checkout. Should be able to evaluate work for technical, grammatical, and specification accuracy.
24. MECHANICAL FABRICATOR
Minimum of two years of experience in general fabrication work including knowledge of basic welding, machining, metal fabrication and assembly techniques.
25. HEAVY FABRICATOR
Minimum of five years of experience in machining, carpentry, welding, electrical and mechanical installation and troubleshooting. Must also demonstrate 2 years of experience in the installation of complex machinery and systems.
26. COMPUTER SYSTEMS ANALYST II
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences or Electrical Engineering discipline and 6 years software development experience.
Professional certification such as JAVA or unique expertise related to a particular installation, on-site function or equipment platform may be substituted for educational degree requirement, but not the 6 years of software development experience that is also required.
27. SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business Management discipline and three (3) years of experience in providing program management financial support. Two (2) years of directly related experience may be substituted for each year of education beyond high school (diploma or GED). Demonstrated experience in financial administration and reporting requirements of Government contracts. Must have comprehensive knowledge of man loading requirements and of both direct and indirect cost components and functions. Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of automated databases and financial spreadsheets.
28. MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER
Minimum of a high school diploma/GED with at least three years of experience working in positions requiring electro-mechanical assembly. Requires an understanding of general assembly techniques to fabricate/install system components or any other type of assembly.
29. ADMINISTRATOR
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and three (3) years of experience in providing program management financial support. Two (2) years of directly related experience may be substituted for each year of education beyond high school (diploma/GED).
Demonstrated experience in financial administration and reporting requirements of Government contracts. Must have comprehensive knowledge of man loading requirements and of both direct and indirect cost components and functions. Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of automated databases and financial spreadsheets.
30. SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience developing concepts for large, complex electronic and/or mechanical systems.
Must show demonstrated 10 years of experience in applying engineering disciplines to complex programs as required on Government contracts. Must have comprehensive knowledge of interpretation and application of Government engineering requirements and specifications including environmental testing that validates system requirements.
31. DIGITAL SYSTEMS ENGINEER
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in an Electrical or Computer Engineering or Computer Science discipline. In absence of a Bachelor’s Degree, two (2) years technology education beyond high school diploma/GED plus at least twelve (12) years of experience in ascending roles with digital system designs may be substituted. Also required are: Four years programming and DSP experience, and five years electrical engineering design experience with digital circuits.
32. MATERIAL HANDLING LABORER
Requires a high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience. Also requires six (6) months experience in general material handling techniques/disciplines. Performs material handling and general storeroom tasks. Works in accordance with detailed directions. Uses basic hand tools and non-motorized material handling equipment to unload, unpack, move and pack material.
33. MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
Requires a high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience. Also requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the design, testing, assembly, layout, repair and maintenance of mechanical, electronic or fiber optic systems or two years training at an accredited technical/trade school and 3 years of experience. Experience must include: complex problem solving in mechanical and optic fiber network fields using work instructions, drawings, manuals and manufacturer’s instructions with minimal technical supervision; generating mechanical sketches and drawings; preparing documentation of repair procedures; and preparing reports of work performed.
34. MATHEMATICIAN
Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, plus 4 years of experience applying mathematical methods to solve scientific, engineering, and military problems.
Perform scientific work that involves developing mathematical methods to solve a variety of scientific, engineering, and military problems where precise specification of the relationships, rigor and economy of mathematical operations, and logical deduction are the controlling considerations.
35. OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST
Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, plus 5 years of experience analyzing problems for the US military services. Perform scientific work that involves designing, developing, and adapting mathematical, statistical, econometric, and other scientific methods and techniques. The work also involves analyzing management problems and providing advice and insight about the probable effects of alternative solutions to these problems. The primary requirement of this work is competence in the rigorous methods of scientific inquiry and analysis.
36. STATISTICIAN
Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics plus at least 3 years of experience applying statistical techniques and methods. Perform scientific work or provide professional consultation in applying statistical theories, techniques, and methods to gather, analyze, interpret, and/or report quantified information.
