The contractor must provide comprehensive building and furnishings-related interior design services, ensure accessibility for individuals with disabilities, incorporate cyber security measures, and implement sustainability and energy efficiency measures. The facility will be designed to a minimum 40-year lifespan in accordance with DoD Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC 1-200-02). The project also includes demolition of two existing buildings totaling 6,389 square feet at Fort Campbell, KY, and Post Construction Award Services (PCAS) following project completion.
