INSTALL EPOXY FLOORS HANGAR 35 - Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Michigan, is requesting proposals from Small Business concerns for the award of a contract for installation of epoxy floors in Bldg. (Hangar) 35. The Scope of work is as follows: The Contractor shall install a non-slip epoxy floor. The contractor is responsible for all floor preparation and repairs to the floor prior to the epoxy floor installation. The

Contractor is responsible for all remaining work effort in order to provide an acceptable final product that meets the requirements of the Statement of Work and drawings.

The projects magnitude is less than $25,000. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for

Small Business concerns. Offers from other than Small Business concerns will not be considered. For Small Business information see http://www.sba.gov/. The following

NAICS code 238330 will apply with the Small Business Size Standard of $15 Million.

This project will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract.

The successful contractor will be chosen via Invitation for Bid procedures that result in the best value to the Government. All information required for submission of an offer will be identified in the solicitation. Solicitation W912JB-16-B-4007 information will be advertised electronically on or about 16 June 2016 at https://www.fbo.gov/ with an anticipated award date of 20 July 2016. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the

Government considering only price and price related factors.

This synopsis of proposed contract action is for planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to pay for any information, issue a solicitation, or award a contract. The synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Any costs incurred as a result of a response to this announcement shall be borne by the firm and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement. Paper copies will not be available. You must register on that site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. Closing is anticipated to be on or about TBD. This may take up to 3 weeks and requires a DUNS number, so it is highly recommended that interested parties register immediately in order to avoid any delays in award. No facsimile proposals will be considered. Contractors shall be fully qualified in all aspects of the requirements to be considered. The Government contemplates a basic contract period tentatively commencing on 21 July 2016 through 21 August 2016.
