Technical – The quote should be clear, concise, and include adequate detail for effective evaluation. 1. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Knowledge Management processes. The Offeror shall identify demonstrated understanding and experience with the Knowledge Management maturity process. The Offerer should have demonstrated experience with the APQC Maturity Model for a Federal Government customer.

2. Demonstrated experience in developing Knowledge Management oriented training materials. Experience should demonstrate the ability to develop Classroom oriented training material, as well as distance learning version(s).

3. Demonstrated Knowledge and Experience in developing Knowledge Management Strategies and planning documents (Operations Orders, Fragmentary Orders, Lines of Effort, Lines of Action, etc.).

4. Demonstrated experience in program management.
