Offeror: A contractor and/or company submitting a proposal for this solicitation.
Prime Contractor: A contractor that performed at least 75% of the work, and managed all other work for the project. A contractor that self-performed management of the entire project and self-performed at least 25% of the work.
Sub Contractor: A contractor that performed part of the project work, but did not manage the entire project.
Joint Venture: More than one contractor with a legal binding agreement to work together.
Key Subcontractor: A contractor that has signed a letter of commitment to perform work for the duration of the contract for the Offeror, and the Offeror is allowed to take credit for the Key Subcontractor’s experience the project.
