About this file

This document is an Instructions to Quoters page for a federal Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation W912DW26QA073 for Propane Delivery and Tank Rental for HHD/MMD issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Quoters must submit email quotes to monique.a.paano@usace.army.mil before the closing date and time specified in block 8 of the SF1449 form. Faxed or mailed quotes will not be accepted. The subject line must reference the solicitation number and description.

All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, with lack of SAM registration making a quote ineligible for consideration. Registration requires completion of mandatory information including Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act data, Core and Representations and Certifications sections, and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) validation by the Internal Revenue Service. Required submittals include: a completed instruction page indicating SAM registration status and acknowledging all amendments; pricing information; FAR Provision 52.212-3 Alt I Offeror Representations and Certifications (JUN 2008); and Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation – Commercial Items. Contractors must also provide Federal Taxpayer ID Number, UEI Number, CAGE Code, remit-to address, company contact information, and point of contact details. All quotes must meet RFQ requirements and specifications and remain valid for 60 days. Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible vendor whose quote conforms to solicitation requirements. Inquiries must be submitted to Monique Paano at least three working days prior to the RFQ closing date, with responses potentially posted as amendments on SAM.
