About this file
This document is Instructions to Quoters for a Request for Quote (RFQ) for propane delivery and tank rental services for HHD/MMD locations, solicitation number W912DW26QA073, issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Quoters must submit responses via email to monique.a.paano@usace.army.mil before the closing date and time specified in block 8 of the SF1449 form. All quotes must remain valid for 60 days. Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible vendor whose quote conforms to solicitation requirements, evaluated under FAR Provision 52.212-2 (Evaluation – Commercial Items). All quoted items must meet the specifications and requirements stated in the RFQ attachments. Required submittals include the completed instruction page acknowledging any amendments, all pricing information, FAR Provision 52.212-3 Alt I (Offeror Representations and Certifications), and Provision 52.212-2. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, including completion of mandatory information such as Federal Taxpayer ID Number, Unique Entity ID (UEI) Number, and CAGE Code. Lack of SAM registration will render a quote ineligible for award. Quoters must provide company information including remit-to address, point of contact, phone, fax, and email address. Inquiries or comments must be submitted to Monique Paano at least three working days prior to the RFQ closing date, with responses potentially posted as amendments to the solicitation on SAM.
