Attachment 3 – Personnel Qualifications
Position Title Minimum Qualifications Project Manager (maintenance of real property) Baccalaureate degree from an accredited College or University 5 years’ experience with base operations support similar in size and scope Project Manager Professional Certification
Project Manager (snow removal / grounds maintenance)
Baccalaureate degree from an accredited College or University 5 years’ experience with base operations support similar in size and scope Project Manager Professional Certification
Operations & Maintenance Superintendent (O&M Superintendent)
2 years’ experience with managing facilities maintenance or construction supervision
Quality Control Manager 2 years’ experience process control, quality data analysis, quality auditing, statistical sampling, and subcontractor quality control
Quality Control Inspector 2 years’ experience in quality control of construction and/or maintenance of building equipment
Business Manager Baccalaureate degree (Preferably in accounting or business administration) from an accredited College or University and five
(5) years of relevant experience
Safety Manager Baccalaureate degree from an accredited College or University and five (5) years of relevant experience, and shall possess an OSHA 30-hour training certificate. Certification as a certified safety manager is preferred
General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Plant Maintenance Coordinator
The GFEBS Plant Maintenance Coordinator shall have, at a minimum, one
(1) year of GFEBS experience, specifically dealing with Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and projects.
