20. As it currently stands, it appears the payment terms are not tied to specific deliverables, which suggests that the contract would be paid in full at the end of the year. Additionally, it seems the payments are to be distributed monthly, which would mean:
1. Snow removal services (spanning 6 months) would be spread out over 12 months.
2. Ground maintenance services would follow a similar structure.
Could you kindly confirm if this understanding is correct? If not, could you provide clarification or a breakdown of how payments will be scheduled for both snow removal and ground maintenance services?
Answer: Please be advised that the contract is not paid in full at the end of the Period of Performance (PoP).
1. CLIN 0002, Snow Removal Services: This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) CLIN for all snow events during the PoP. Billing for this CLIN is conducted as the work is performed, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), but not more than once a month. Any funds remaining at the end of each base and option PoP will be de-obligated.
2. CLIN 0001, Ground Maintenance Services: This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) CLIN for all ground maintenance services during the PoP. The contractor is required to submit monthly billing for services performed as specified in the SOW.
